Arabella Gardens Retreats main office is located in Garden Valley, 1.5 hours East of Dallas, near Canton, Lindale, and Tyler.
Nearest Airports: DFW (Dallas/Ft. Worth) Airport, approximately 1.5 hours
Tyler Pounds Field Airport, approximately 25 minutes
For a reasonable fee, Horizon Shuttle offers transportation to and from

The Garden Valley House is walking distance to Teen Mania Ministires, Acquire The Fire (ATF), and within two miles of Youth With a Mission (YWAM), Mercy Ships, World Challenge, and Loving Alternatives. Also near, Calvary Commission, Sky Ranch, Kaleo Lodge, and much more.

I-20 to Hwy 110 N (Exit 548)
Travel North on Hwy 110 N, 2.7 miles
Turn Right onto FM 1253, travel 1/2 mile to first stop sign
Turn Right onto FM 16 W at the stop sign
The Garden Valley House of Arabella Garden Retreats is the 3rd residential drive on the Right.
(The sign may still read "Garden Valley Inn"). Look for the rose colored buildings with blue shutters.
Pull up to the Bungalow and enter onto the deck which connects the Main House and Bungalow.
If the Innkeepers have not yet greeted you, please come into the Guest Lounge (Left onto the deck,
through the large glass door at the end), please telephone them from the lounge phone or knock on the
French doors.

Deposit of half your estimated stay is due at the time of reservation. We have a 15-day cancellation policy less a $15 administrative fee. Group stays (more than one room) and reservations we hold over 30 days have specific policies, please see below.
Rates do not include 6% hotel tax. If you are a non-profit organization and supply a copy of your Texas hotel tax exemption certificate, then no tax is charged. (This certificate is a separate exemption from the Texas sales tax exemption; we will need to have a copy or your certificate on file.)
In addition, two-night minimum stays are required on most dates.
No smoking indoors at any time. $100 cleaning fee will be applied to credit card on file if indoor smoke is detected. Limited smoking is allowed on premises in a designated area outside. No alcoholic beverages are provided by the B&B. If you bring your own, limited alcohol consumption is permitted "at your own risk." No drunkenness allowed. Please do not drink and drive.
There are animals on the premises, including a friendly lab-mix dog, cats, sweet-natured hand-raised roosters, hens, and ducks. There are lots of beautiful birds in the yard as we have created a bird sanctuary, the occasional bunny rabbit visiting the gardens, and other country visitors. Each add to our wonderful atmosphere at the Inn. If you have any questions or concerns please make sure to discuss those with us prior to your arrival.
Due to our country setting, the grounds are not paved. There are groomed, as well as rustic, areas of the property. Please be aware of your footing as you walk about the property. The deck which connects the Main House, Guest Lounge, and Garden Bungalow has several steps - please be careful to "watch your step."
More Cancellation Specifics - Group stays and long-range reservations have specific policies: In these cases there is a 30-day cancellation policy with a $40 administrative fee. Deposits for one-room reservations which we hold over 30 days or multi-room/complete facility reservations we hold over 15 days cannot be refunded. In all cases: Deposit amount is due in full after we hold a reservation for 30 days. The full reserved amount is due within 72 hours of arrival for one-room reservations; 7 days prior to arrival for multi-room reservations held under 30 days/30 days for for multi-room reservations held over 30 days; 15 days for complete-facility rentals held under 30 days/30 days for complete facility rentals held over 30 days. Please inquire if your initial number of attendants’ falls, as we have a minimum number of attendants for group events depending upon the facility, meal package, and/or rooms you reserve, and a smaller number of attendants may effect your room accommodations, meal package, or other aspect of your retreat.
